Overview
The Look does not offer subscription services. This policy covers cancellations of standard and bespoke orders placed through thelook-uk.co.uk.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however please note:
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled — our Returns & Refund Policy will apply instead
- Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, as these are made specifically to your individual specifications
Refunds on Cancellation
Where a cancellation is approved before dispatch or before production has begun, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Our Right to Cancel
The Look reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
